Certified translation shall be provided by those who submit documents intended for countries of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland), Ireland or the United States of America and, in general, for English-speaking countries. When a document of legal significance is translated, in order to remain valid abroad, it must be validated in a certain way by means of so-called CERTIFICATION, made by a professionally registered translator and confirming the translated text is correct. A certified translation is accompanied by a certification made by a professionally registered translator indicating that the translation is complete, accurate and corresponds to the original text.
